Count the days between any two dates: the total day count, the same span expressed in weeks and remaining days, and how many of those days are business days (Monday to Friday).
Business days are counted across the period that starts on the start date and runs for the total number of days shown — the same convention as adding that many days to the start date.

Frequently asked questions
Are holidays counted as business days?
Public holidays are not subtracted, because they differ by country and year. Only Saturdays and Sundays are treated as non-business days.
Why is the count the difference and not difference + 1?
This measures elapsed time between the dates, like a stopwatch. If you need an inclusive count of every calendar day touched, add 1 to the total.
